Philando Castile Was Pulled Over More Than 52 Times In Past 14 Years

The idea that black people get pulled over more than white people is something of a phenomenon in itself. Known as DWB (driving while black), many believe that black motorists are unfairly targeted by racist police officers.

The idea has been popularised through a number of movies and TV shows and is still considered by many to be a prominent racial in America. Furthermore, it seems that Philando Castile, the school cafeteria worker whose death at the hands of police was live-streamed on Facebook by his girlfriend, was no exception to this.

Castile held his driving license for 14 years and was repeatedly pulled over by police. Flip the page to discover the ridiculous number of charges brought against him in this time.
